COVID Policy

At Pipers Bath Cattery we intend to stay open for the boarding of cats inline with stated Government guidelines. I and any other persons associated with Pipers Bath Cattery have been fully vaccinated

Please observe the following protocols when picking up or dropping off your pet.

• Please attend the cattery only during the advertised opening hours.

• We will know of your intended attendance from your booking form, if there are any changes to dates or times, please advise us by phone.

• When you arrive, please drive down to the Cattery area and park in the designated Parking area.

• Please wait in your car.

• We will come out to your car and escort you and your pet/s to a designated area where the paperwork can be checked and the pet transferred into or from our care.

• If weather permits this will be completed outside of the cattery building. If this is not possible then one person may enter the cattery to complete the transfer of the pet. Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided when entering the building.

• If you are showing any COVID symptoms please do not come to the cattery.

• We wish only to secure the health and safety of owners and their pets and trust that you understand and will bear with us in these uncertain times.
